Kinetic Demolition partner with AquAid to build an Elephant Pump

October 1, 2026

At Kinetic Demolition, we’re committed to carrying out every project responsibly. From delivering safe, high-quality demolition services across the UK to reducing environmental impact wherever possible, we believe that the choices we make should benefit both our clients and the wider community.

That same approach extends to the suppliers we work with.

To help keep our team refreshed throughout the working day, we decided to invest in
water coolers from AquAid. It’s a practical decision that also supports something much bigger – an Elephant Pump for a community.

Every AquAid mainsfed water cooler installed and bottle of water delivered contributes towards the work of The Africa Trust, an AquAid-funded charity that helps provide access to safe, clean drinking water in rural African communities.

Thanks to our partnership with AquAid, an Elephant Pump will be built on behalf of Kinetic Demolition. An Elephant Pump is a robust, hand-operated water pump designed to withstand years of daily use with minimal maintenance. Built using locally available materials and simple engineering, it provides a reliable source of potable water for hundreds of people, helping to improve health, reduce the time spent collecting water and support everyday life within the community.

We’re pleased to be part of such a meaningful initiative.
