Kinetic Demolition smashes £10,000 fundraising target for My Name’5 Doddie Foundation

September 2, 2026

Kinetic Demolition is celebrating its 10th anniversary with an incredible fundraising total of £11,607 for My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, helping support the fight against motor neurone disease (MND).

As part of our 10th anniversary celebrations, we set ourselves a target of raising £10,000 for the charity. Thanks to the generosity of our clients, suppliers, colleagues, friends and everyone who got involved, we have not only reached our target but smashed it.

Our fundraising has included a charity raffle, our first ever Kinetic Demolition Charity Golf Day and the 7 Hills of Edinburgh Challenge – with each event bringing people together while raising money for an important cause.

On Friday 21 August, we held our first ever Kinetic Demolition Charity Golf Day at Dalmahoy Golf Club, and it was a fantastic success. It was brilliant to see so many people come along, get involved and enjoy the day. There was plenty of fun and competition on the course, along with a few strong opinions about the dice during our Las Vegas-style Texas Scramble! Congratulations to our winners – James Warren, Craig Kecheran, Gary Denholm and Danny McArthur and our runners-up – Daniel Lockwood, Kyle Craig, Gavin Croall and Ben Rooney. We also had some impressive shots for our Nearest the Pin competition, with Craig Stewart and Gary Denholm taking the honours.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended the golf day and helped make our first event such a memorable one.

Our charity raffle has now also closed, with congratulations going to our four winners – Robert Farren, Stuart Dalziel, Noel Ireland and Graeme Lynch.

Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket and supported the fundraising. Together, the raffle, golf day and 7 Hills challenge have helped us reach our fantastic total of £11,607.
